Thermovision thermoHEAT Roller Heath Furnaces are used for bright Annealing, Spherodizing, Tempering orNnormalizing of ferrous or non-ferrous or alloy steel tubes or bars.

These Furnaces have operating temperatures in the range of 600 °C to 1050 °C with protective atmosphere.

The Furnace is heated through all Radiant Tube Burner and recuperator arrangement. Cooling can be either through recirculation of protective atmosphere through a combination of recirculation fans and Heat Exchangers or through static cooling chambers or through a combination of both.

For Certain Steel grades requiring an extremely high cooling rates, these furnace can be fitted with a Jet Cooling System.
